1.1 Overview In such a fast-paced dynamic IT environment, Solideo Systems have teamed up with SK C&C to investigate the problems within the various information systems in the GangNamGu office. Errors or flaws in the systems are corrected and performance hindrances of software are adjusted so that systems may run more optimally. Solutions are composed to integrate existing systems more rigidly while reducing redundancies.

As a provider of total information systems solutions, Solideo Systems have endeavored to maximize practicality of the GangNamGu STAR project by closely systematically integrating associated systems in order to promote seamless administration. Solideo Systems are aiming for a functional community for public participation and at the same time pioneering an improved information society.

1.3 Objective After a careful analysis of the current condition and outcomes of the previous system, a new information system strategy has been implemented which makes use of seamless administration and promotes an organized online community by creating a channel where individuals can participate in local discussions. Through the use of MIS/GIS and integrated systems, it is made simpler to actively respond to specific individual's requests and support the effort to make an information-based society.

    Scope		 The GangNamGu Integrated Systems Planning project was divided up into 15 main task areas. The steps had to be prioritized to achieve the optimum result.

Step One : Task areas related to real estate, land management, property management were selected for highest priority.

Step Two : The rest of the task areas were then ordered.
