1.2 Project
Scope | The motivation for the Cyber CT GangNam project was inspired by GangNam UIS and Smart GangNam. The information system plan roughly consists of the following steps:
 Construct the aim and purpose of the overall strategy plan
Evaluate problems of the currently implemented system and discover user requirements for the potential system.
Assess the existing information systems implemented in the industry and become aware of newer businesses.
Setup an information system integration framework
Draft the specific contents of the new strategy plan
Establish the implementation plan for the information system
Investigate post deployment monitoring and helpdesk options
